Fall's First Breath
The summer sun, it slowly yields,
A cooling breeze, a subtle shield.
Curtains dance, a billowing glow,
A whisper of time’s relentless flow.
Summer’s life now softly wanes,
The earth prepares for fall’s remains.
Spring's wild passion, now subdued,
Fall's quiet joy, a tranquil mood.
Holidays, family, and love so dear,
A favorite space, an annual cheer.
My memories wander, a kite in flight,
Life’s relentless cycle, a natural rite.
The autumn whispers, a gentle breeze,
Nature's cycle, a soothing ease.
In death there's life, in rest we'll rise,
The annual dance, nature's wise.
