A Meditation on Respect

Hi all,

I just wanted to quickly apologize if I’ve ever made anyone feel uncomfortable, whether through my writing or in conversation. I know I can be a bit impulsive when it comes to sharing how I see and experience people, especially when it comes to positive things like beauty and kindness… it’s just how my brain works now, I guess.

For those who know me, you already get it, but for anyone new here, just know that when I talk about these things, it’s always coming from a place of admiration and respect—nothing more. As a poet, symbolism matters to me, and the two rings I wear are important reminders of who I am and how I relate to the world.

Thank you for your kindness and understanding.
