Dawn Breaks Over Marble Head

In the midst of swirling dawn's embrace,
Alone I sit, detached from the regulars' chase.
Big Al's bids echo in carpentry's realm,
Vinny preps for appointments, a morning's helm.

A steady flow of souls come and go,
yet I remain, an island in the wash's glow.
Music from the 80s fills the air,
My solitary refuge, a world unaware.

Isolation's rhythm beats with every breath,
In this place and time, a dance with life's depth.
Among the bustling crowd, I stand apart,
A spirit bead, stitched in life's beating heart.

Through these words, a glimpse of self I unveil,
In the ebb and flow of life, my thoughts set sail.
Embracing solitude, I find solace within,
With a poet's spirit, this journey begins.
