I've been thinking about nutrition since Thanksgiving

I’ve become more aware of how prolific brightly colored packaging is. I guess it started with a bag of premade salad mix with bright reds, oranges, and purples on the bag but, in the bag, was just pale green iceberg lettuce.

After some time really looking at packaging vs. actual nutrition, and internalizing things a bit, I’ve written ‘The Illusionists’.
