The Businessman

In a coffee shop's corner, a man did stand,
Lost in the labyrinth of his corporate land.
His voice, a thunder, deals and demands did convey,
As the espresso machine hummed, soft in the fray.

But as moments unfurled, a transformation took hold,
Ambitions like threads, in his psyche, unrolled.
He twitched and he trembled, his gaze lost in space,
Corporate armor shattered, revealing a fragile embrace.

In the midst of this chaos, a moment emerged,
Reality's grip, like a lifeline, converged.
Medication's quiet magic, a tether to his soul,
In the chaos, a flicker of clarity stole.

So let us remember, in life's frantic race,
To seek moments of clarity, a touch of grace.
For in the chaos we navigate, both you and I,
A tether to reality, at times, seems but a sigh.
