Today is shaping up to be a good day!

After three years, I get to catch up with a good friend over sushi from a highly rated place. I have a new person who seems excited about the B³ group and, as an extra bonus the woman I wrote Her Smile about (it’s about a milestone in my recovery; the first time I could make sense of someone’s entire face… as well as being about a decidedly pretty woman…) said “Bye” to me when I left the coffee shop! I had convinced myself that my poem made her self-conscious and the last thing I want to ever do is to make anyone uncomfortable, especially where they work. It made my day that I must just sort of blend into the background of customers to her!

Today is shaping up to be a good day.
