It has been a good day.

Last night I had dinner with a friend I hadn’t seen in over three years. We met for dinner at 7, and ended up closing the restaurant laughing the whole time.

This morning, I had the privilege of saying goodbye to a truly kind person. Someone who could make you feel seen effortlessly. If you read this, have a wonderful time in the Pacific Northwest, and keep being you.

I also got to have lunch with Vinny.

I’ve had director-/VP-level people in three different organizations offer support for my efforts with the B³ website. It feels good to be doing something people see value in.

I am more fatigued than I have been in a long time. I am starting to question my experiences, unsure if they really happened or they were just hallucinations, like when I was in the coma.

I need a lot of sleep.
