Exquisite Blue

In a coffee shop, amidst the cold rain's fall,
I found solace, sheltered from it all.
Eyes as blue as ice, pierced through the gloom,
Warming the soul, dispelling my doom.

Her gentle smile hinted at a soul so kind,
Soft and warm, it eased my troubled mind.
In her grace, I found a place to rest,
Safe from the storm, a haven blessed.

As the rain poured outside, relentless and cold,
Inside, the sun shone bright, its warmth untold.
In that little coffee shop, our worlds collide,
My soul finding refuge from the rain outside.

So let the rain pour, let the winds blow wild,
In her company I find peace, sweet and mild.
For in her beautiful eyes, so pure and true,
I find comfort under skies of exquisite blue.
